It took two months to move a simple dispute forward, and only after MyCamper support stepped in – thanks to their team for the help. At return, the owners issued an invented charge of €170 for an “uncleaned toilet,” even though the rental agreement does not specify any fixed fee for such a case. Comparable fees on other platforms (e.g., Yescapa) are around £50. All attempts to resolve this reasonably were ignored. Overall, a very disappointing experience: the motorhome needs maintenance, the owners are unresponsive, and the dispute was resolved only thanks to MyCamper support. I do not recommend renting this motorhome from this owner.
